I played two days last week, Thursday night in the Twitter Poker Tour (at Full Tilt Poker) and Sunday evening on Pokerstars. I went out 18th out of 37 in the TPT, I got all-in with Q-Q against 7-7 and a 7 flopped. What are you going to do? I’ll take my chances in that [...] Well to clarify last night was my first cash experience at Full Tilt (I played in my first Twitter Poker Tour event at Full Tilt but haven’t missed a Pokerstars event). I’ve played a little in the free games, just to get a feel for the software. First thing I noticed is it didn’t seem [...] So I’ve been hearing a lot about the double or nothing sit-n-goes on Pokerstars, and how they are an easy way to make money if you know how to play them. They are 10 player single table events and the top 5 players double up (minus buy-in rake) and the bottom 5 get nothing. I [...] It’s Thursday and you know what that means (maybe you don’t, but here it comes) – at 9:00 PM EST tonight is the Twitter Poker Tour. I found out today that I am the bounty tonight, and I’m curious to see how it effects play against me. I’ve cashed in at the last two TPT [...] Thursday night I took 3rd in the Twitter Poker Tour event for my second in a row cash in the event. It was New Years day, so the field was a bit smaller but there was still a good turnout with 24 players. From there my bankroll went up and down from session to session [...] The first post of 2009 brings good news, I just ended a session on PokerStars and my bankroll has surpassed $300 for the first time.
